hey, How would you make this sort of corners/edges dark and blurry like this. Is it just stock?

on this piece, yeah it's from the stock i used..
what editing programme do you use, in some versions of Photoshop, you can add vignette..

I use GIMP 2.6 (I'm too poor for Photoshop..)
